1. Returns
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (such as herbal supplements, oils, or organic products).
- Personal care items (such as skincare, massage oils, and hygiene-related products).
- Downloadable software, e-books, or digital products.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued for a product that was part of a promotional discount, only the amount paid will be refunded.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@happylanka.lk with proof of the defect or damage.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
